NEXT GENERATION SUZUKI A-STAR

The next generation Suzuki A-Star car has been designed jointly by Maruti Suzuki and Suzuki Motor Corporation.The design was an inspiration from elephant's trunk,its eyes and curves of flower petals.Two indians Saurabh Singh and Kumar Gogu from Maruti Suzuki developed the design.

This is the fifth car launched by suzuki after the Swift,Grand Vitara,SX4 and Splash.

FEATURES:

• The A-star concept car is a hatchback powered by 1-litre petrol engine.


• It has a prominent front grille.


• Angular headlights.


• Thin strip tall lights flowing on to the rear door.

The production of the car is expected to start from October 2008.By the end of 2008 company is expecting to export the A-Star car to the European market.By the end of 2008-09 the company expects the plant to sell 3 billion units globally.
